Chocolate Eclair Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 Box Chocolate Graham Crackers
8 oz tub cool whip
3 cups milk
1 LG box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can chocolate frosting (or your favorite homemade recipe)

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl combine pudding mix and milk. fold in cool whip. In 9×13 baking dish layer chocolate graham crackers, pudding mix, repeat, then another layer of graham crackers on top. Spread chocolate frosting on top, refrigerate. My husband loved this cake so much that he asked the owner of the little country store in our town for the recipe. I get begged and asked to make it often!
