Caramel Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 pie crust
3 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 jar Smuckers caramel flavored topping
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups pecan halves

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Beat eggs slightly with a fork in a medium bowl. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Stir in topping and butter until blended. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into crust. Bake about 45 minutes until a knife in the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve with ice cream, cool whip, or both! This is always my Thanksgiving pie!
