Palmer Farms Cheeseburgers

INGREDIENTS

grass-fed ground beef
cheese
salt and pepper
cast iron skillet
lots of fixin’s

DIRECTIONS

Pat out about 1/4 pound beef patty. Good, and thick. Heat cast-iron skillet very hot. Add in beef patties, and apply plenty of salt and pepper. Do not flip until one side is very brown and crispy. Cook other side, add a little more salt and pepper, cook until no longer pink in the middle. Add cheese, then turn off the heat. Let burger sit in a skillet while you butter, and toast your bun. Add all your favorite fixings, and homemade pickles are a must! Warning- to get your burger good and crispy, you have to smoke up your kitchen a little bit, but I promise it’s worth it! OR, if it’s been one of THOSE days, just throw one of our pre-made patties in a skillet and be done.
